Mr. Hayes graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BSE in Civil Engineering.  Born and raised in Central Florida and with more than 20 years of working in Civil Engineering roadway and land development, Dan has the experience in Orange, Lake, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia Counties and others to get the job done.  His work in all areas of the land development process and his quality service make his work invaluable to Wicks.  With his many years of working with large companies, he provides the knowledge for the challenge of ownership.  Dan is a partner and President of Wicks Consulting Services, Inc.

Mr. Wicks is one of the most well known/respected civil engineers in Central Florida.  His experience comes from over 30 years of working in the field before founding Wicks Consulting Services, Inc.  As a professional engineer, virtually every facet of the site design process for land development projects has been faced.  Mr. Wicks has serviced a diverse clientele over the years and is respected in every facet of civil engineering in which he has participated including municipal, commercial, and industrial clients, as well as a wide range of private developers.

Bill’s experience in the design field includes decades of civil design and project coordination.  As Senior Designer for the company, he is responsible for working with the other designers in teaching them the art of civil design and production of construction plans. He also heads up the development and implementation of the design standards and procedures for the Land Development department. He has been senior designer for all disciplines of land development and roadway projects. His comprehensive knowledge of site civil design makes him a vital member of our team.  Aside from having an in depth knowledge of commercial, residential and municipal site/roadway design, his latest projects included several school sites for many Florida counties.

Mr. Maciel has worked in several industries and following a year long military activation after the events of September 11, 2001, decided to take his land entitlement/civil engineering activity full time.   After being mentored by one of Central Florida’s most successful land developers he processed several successful residential and commercial projects through the State, County and City process.  Having developed strong governmental relationships and streamlined programs for the development/civil engineering process, Mr. Maciel is often called upon by other real estate professionals to assess their projects.  He is now a principal and managing partner in Wicks Consulting Services, Inc.

Mr. Katsantonis is a demonstrated achiever with exceptional knowledge of local and state regulations. With a strong science background coming from his graduate studies, as well as six years of working with the State of Florida as an Environmental Specialist II in the Onsite Sewage Program. John has earned Employee of the Month, as well as Outstanding Team Awards during his employment with the Department of Health. Recently hired, Mr. Katsantonis brings his knowledge and strong work ethic to the already diverse and multi talented staff at Wicks Consulting Services, Inc.
